Shipping & Returns Policy
Delivery
All our furniture is made to order especially for you – we do not stock products, because we believe in timelessness and individuality. That’s why the delivery time for each order is 6 to 8 weeks.
Delivery costs and rules:
Delivery within Poland is free of charge.
For shipments within and outside Europe, we calculate the cost of transport individually – depending on the country and size of the order.
For islands (e.g. Cyprus, Malta, Iceland, Canary Islands, etc.) additional transport fees may be added.
All shipments are properly secured. If the product reaches you damaged, see the “Complaints” section.
Returns and order cancellation
Return without giving a reason:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days from the time you receive the furniture to do so.
The returned product must be intact and unused.
To request a return, write to us at: claims@snappform.com – we will give you all the details.
We accept returns only in the original packaging. Our products are made of wood, which can be damaged during transport without proper protection.
Return of the product is at the customer’s expense.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order before we have even processed it, please email us as soon as possible at store@snappform.com.
Since each product is made especially for you, time is of the essence – the sooner you let us know, the better.
Complaints
If you have received a product that was damaged in transit or has a defect.
In such a situation, write us an email at: claims@snappform.com and attach:
- order number
- pictures of the damage
- a short description of what happened
We treat each such case individually and are committed to resolving it as soon and as well as possible.
