§ 1 CONTACT DETAILS
These Terms and Conditions govern the online store available at www.snappform.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”).

The online store is owned by Snapp Form sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-591), at ul. Stefana Batorego 18, apt. 108, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001158842, NIP: 7011248322, REGON: 541020759, with a fully paid-up share capital of PLN 10,000.00.
§ 2 DEFINITIONS
The terms used in these Terms shall be understood as follows:
Business Day – any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
Account/User Account – an electronic service which allows the User, in particular, to place orders, update personal data, change password, access order history, and check the status of orders. The Account is protected by a unique login and password created by the User.
Consumer – a Buyer who is a natural person making a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Buyer/Customer – a User who has placed an order and paid for the ordered Product.
Newsletter – a marketing bulletin sent by the Seller to the User’s designated email address, containing commercial information and updates.
Product or Goods – a movable item offered for sale via the Online Store, identified through a description, photographs or visualizations, and a reference number.
Terms/Service Agreement – this document, setting out the rules for concluding Sales Agreements and Digital Content Delivery Agreements, and rules for using the services provided by the Seller through the Store. It also defines the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller. With respect to electronic services, these Terms serve as the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2020, item 344).

Concluding online sales contracts
Email notifications confirming order placement, payment status, order processing, complaint status, request for feedback, and withdrawal confirmation
Newsletter
Online Store or Store – the website operated at www.snappform.pl and www.snappform.com, owned by the Seller.
Seller – Snapp Form sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-591), ul. Stefana Batorego 18, apt. 108, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001158842, NIP: 7011248322, REGON: 541020759, with fully paid-up share capital of PLN 10,000.00.
Digital Content – data created and delivered to the User in digital form.
Seller’s Service – a service performed by the Seller or a subcontractor (e.g. Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Warranty, Added Services, etc.).
User – any person who uses the Online Store or has registered using the registration form and is listed in the Store’s user database.
Order – a declaration of intent by the User submitted via the Online Store after selecting the type and quantity of Products offered by the Store. The Order specifies the User’s data, payment method, delivery address and method. Placing an Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to enter into a sales agreement via the Online Store.
§ 3 GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms define the rules for the sale of Products via the Online Store, including the ordering process, payment methods, order fulfillment, consumer withdrawal rights, complaint procedures, and communication methods between Users and the Seller.
To use the Online Store, access to the Internet is required via a compatible device and a functioning email account.
Creating a User Account requires registration. Registering an Account is free and voluntary.
Use of the Online Store is conditional upon reading and accepting the Terms.
By registering an Account, the User declares that they have read and accepted the Terms and consent to the processing of their personal data by the Seller.
Users may edit their data after logging into their Account.
Users may delete their Account at any time by submitting a request to store@snappform.com, providing the email address assigned to the Account.
Users may consent to receive commercial information from the Seller, including electronically. Consent may be given during registration or at a later time.
Upon giving consent, the User will receive the Newsletter.
Users can withdraw their consent at any time by notifying the Seller via email, providing the address linked to the Account.
Some Store features or promotions may require Users to consent to receiving commercial communications.
Products shown in the Online Store may slightly differ (e.g., proportions, color) due to individual computer settings. These differences do not constitute grounds for complaints.
Products may also differ slightly due to the unique grain of the wood, making each Product one of a kind.
Certain electronic services may be temporarily unavailable.
The Seller reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend some Account functionalities due to updates, maintenance, or implementation of user protection measures.
§ 4 TYPES OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES PROVIDED
User Account
Use of the User Account is voluntary and free of charge.
To access Account-related services, the User must create and log into the Account using their chosen login and password.
For security, passwords should be at least 12 characters long, including at least one digit and special character, and be unique.
Users must not share their login credentials. The Seller is not responsible for consequences arising from such disclosures.
Passwords may be changed by the User at any time.
Accounts can be registered via the “Register” button or during order placement.
Registration requires completing the form, including providing an email address and creating a login and password. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to create an Account.
Activation occurs by clicking a link or button in a confirmation email.
Registration requires accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Creating an Account constitutes entering into a service contract with the Seller.
Accounts are non-transferable.
Each User may register one Account only.
Account functionalities include:
My Data – add/change personal information required for order fulfillment.
My Orders – view all orders and their details, submit complaints.
Favorites – monitor selected Products.
Complaints – submit a complaint under “My Orders” > “Completed Orders.”
Shopping Cart
Use of the Cart is free and optional, but necessary to place an Order.
Items are added to the Cart via the “add to cart” button.
The Cart can be used with or without a registered Account.
Placing an Order requires adding Products to the Cart, completing the form, and logging into or creating an Account.
Required fields include name, email, address, phone number, and order details. Company name and VAT ID are also required for business Customers.
Newsletter
This service consists of sending emails containing information about the Seller’s products or services.
Available only to Users who have voluntarily subscribed.
Users can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by emailing: kontakt@snappform.pl
ReLife
An optional paid service allowing the Customer to request repair or recycling of a Product.

§ 5 ORDERING TERMS
Orders can be placed 24/7.
Prices include VAT and do not include delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Total cost, including delivery and additional charges, is displayed at checkout.
Orders can be placed by registering or selecting “Order as guest.”
Mandatory personal data must be provided and accepted.
The Seller may verify submitted Orders.
Placing an Order constitutes a Customer’s offer to purchase.
Orders are finalized by clicking “Order with obligation to pay.”
Orders may be modified before clicking this button.
Confirmation and acceptance of Orders are sent via email.
Custom-made Product orders may be modified only before production starts. Other orders can be changed before shipment.
The Seller may cancel Orders if:
the User violates the Terms;
unforeseen circumstances prevent order fulfillment;
the Order was placed in bad faith or to harm the Seller.
In such cases, the Seller will notify the Customer by email and refund the payment within 7 days.
