1. Warranty Period
The Warrantor provides a warranty for its manufactured furniture for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase by the buyer. If, in fulfilling its warranty obligations, the Warrantor replaces the defective item with a new, defect-free item, or performs significant repairs, the warranty period restarts from the date of delivery of the new or repaired product. If only a part of the product is replaced, the warranty period for that part restarts from the date of its delivery.
2. Scope of Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers the free-of-charge repair of defects caused by the Warrantor, provided that the defect is reported within the warranty period.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the buyer should submit a request via email to: c;aims@snappform.com or in writing to: Snapp Form sp. z o.o., ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland, with the annotation “warranty”. The buyer must include proof of purchase and photo or video documentation of the product. This documentation should show the entire product as well as the specific damage. The seller may request additional photo or video documentation of the product or a specific part of it. The Warrantor commits to reviewing the claim within 14 business days of receipt and informing the buyer of the decision.
4. Resolution of Warranty Claims
The primary method of resolving a claim is repair of the defective product. If repair is not possible, the Warrantor will replace the defective product. In certain cases, the Warrantor may decide to refund the purchase price.
5. Warranty Repair Timeline
If the claim is approved, the repair will be carried out as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the customer’s location and the nature of the defect.
6. Possible Extension of Complaint Handling Time
If the claim requires additional verification, delivery of new components, or specialist repair at the factory, the resolution time may be extended upon agreement with the buyer.
7. Waiver of Warranty Rights
If the buyer refuses to allow the Warrantor’s service team to carry out the repair, this will be considered a waiver of all warranty rights.
8. No Obligation to Provide a Replacement
The Warrantor is not obliged to provide a temporary replacement item during the repair process.
9. Costs of Unjustified Claims
If a claim is found to be unjustified, the buyer will be responsible for covering the costs related to the Warrantor’s service visit.
