Delivery

All our furniture is made to order especially for you – we do not stock products, because we believe in timelessness and individuality. That’s why the delivery time for each order is 4 to 8 weeks.

Delivery costs and rules:

Delivery within Poland is free of charge.

For shipments within and outside Europe, we calculate the cost of transport individually – depending on the country and size of the order.

For islands (e.g. Cyprus, Malta, Iceland, Canary Islands, etc.) additional transport fees may be added.

All shipments are properly secured. If the product reaches you damaged, see the “Complaints” section.

Returns and order cancellation

Return without giving a reason:

If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days from the time you receive the furniture to do so.

You may inspect and check the furniture as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any decrease in its value resulting from use beyond what is needed to check it.

The right of return does not apply to furniture made to order, i.e. with dimensions, shape or finish outside our standard range, agreed with you before purchase. Choosing a colour or variant available on the website does not exclude a return.

To request a return, write to us at: store@snappform.com – we will give you all the details.

Please send the furniture back in packaging that protects it from damage in transit – it may be the original packaging, but it does not have to be. Our products are made of wood, which can be damaged without proper protection.
Return of the product is at the customer’s expense. Furniture cannot be returned by regular post – the estimated cost of return is PLN 200–600, depending on size and weight.
You may use the model withdrawal form (Annex 1 to our store terms), but it is not mandatory.
